Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Provide true personal information when registering and notify us of any changes. You must keep your login credentials confidential and accept liability for activity carried out through your account. We may require identity and address verification before allowing deposits, play or withdrawals. Failure to complete verification on request may result in account suspension or restricted access to funds.

Eligibility requirements

To use Hippozino you must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, at least 18 years old in Canada, and not be located in a restricted territory. Only one account is permitted per person, household and device unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse registration from certain jurisdictions and to close accounts that violate local law or our restricted country list.

Acceptable platform use

Use the platform only for lawful, personal gaming. Do not attempt to manipulate games, use bots or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or collude with others. Any attempt at fraud, chargeback abuse or circumvention of technical or commercial controls may lead to immediate suspension, loss of bonus entitlement and forfeiture of winnings. Shared access, account swapping and unauthorised commercial use are prohibited.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are governed by specific terms published with each offer. These typically include eligibility, qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution rates and maximum bets while wagering. Certain payment methods may be excluded from promotional eligibility. We may revoke, reclaim or withhold bonus funds and winnings where there is evidence of abuse or breach of promotion terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods for Canadian players including Interac, Visa and popular e-wallets. Minimum deposit levels are commercially stated on the cashier and are typically CA$10. Deposits are usually processed instantly but are subject to third-party provider terms and local banking rules.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed after verification checks and subject to our withdrawal policy. Processing times vary by method and third-party provider. Standard withdrawal limits may apply, for example typical limits around CA$3,000 per week and CA$6,000 per month, with higher limits considered at our discretion. We reserve the right to apply a processing fee where stated in the cashier terms.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, contact our support team via the in-site support channels. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly we will advise on escalation routes, which may include independent dispute resolution where available under applicable law.
